Heard on Tuesday that Haseldine has now signed at the Bridge. Surely their top 6 players are as good as any teams now, if not better. Can they find 12 A graders from the rest of their squad?

I'll never forget those days Shrek, they were gold! There was this one day at band camp, stepping out from behind the hockey goals (temporary bunker back then) and hurling a long ball (apple) onto the forehead of Wayne Wallace. Needless to say WOG wasnt a happy camper. GOLD....

Ha ha, shit got out of hand when people starting bringing bags of lemons to school. Chris Pyman had to pull us into line.

Green lemons too, nice and hard. I remember charging at a group with them and pelting them, for the other group to pick em all up and charge back. Hockey goals were the best shelters!
If you don't like it, change it. If you don't want to change it, it can't be that bad!

I've got a vague memory of Muckhole throwing some half rotten pumpkin and eggs. Could have been someone else though.

Back onto football, the rumour I heard this morning is that some of Hamely's recruits are unhappy with the points situation at Bomberland. Options being considered are a rotation system or playing multiple u17s. Neither seem attractive options. Given the poor quality of some of the bottom players there how bad would the 3rd or 4th best u17 be?

How far are they over the points? How many points does this league get?
I also couldn't see the recruit rotation policy working too well. Surely they'd rather play elsewhere then in the B grade?
It would be a bloody tough job choosing which recruit to leave out every week.

Banking on injuries or a lot of U17s then. I was told four underages would play but it looks like 4 of them plus one points player missing out.

For the record
Parsons is 0 points cos he played 2's last year
Zanandrea is 0 points cos he's a local
Daniel Flynn isn't playing and is having the year off.
And Craig Taylor is 0 points cos he now works for Shahinger motors and lives in Hamley Bridge.
No points issues at the bombers

Shahinger Motors offered him a job and Taylor took up their offer.
Im pretty sure Taylor bought a house in Hamley Bridge at the end of last year.
Was sick of all the gun related drama in Paralowie and wanted to bring up his family in a safer environment
