I don't believe that for one second! Have only lost Jarrod Allmond! Had injuries last year with lee Allmond, Tallon Leighton, Pontt, O'brien. They managed to cover them well last year! Their B grade may lack depth but still have 6-8 players that would be able to handle themselves at a grade level!!

Harriman played 10 minutes and they managed to cover him well enough, whilst being a player short Saturday too.

watched hb on Friday night from about half way through the 2nd term. they had the best player in the league out (my opinion), I believe from talking to other near the bar they had at least 2 of their regular talls out. They showed a vast improvement on previous years, i think they only had 1 or 2 on the bench as well, that being said they ran out the game better the KFCC

haseldine, armstrong and zanadrea did not play

Were Hanson and Thach injured or just underdone Friday night?
I thought kilburn were a lot cleaner then HB but HB fonished the game a lot stronger. Taylor and Greenwood were very good and I thought Flynn was good when he moved forward.

I think Thachy would admit he had a bit of a stinker, and things just didn't work out against for Hanno on the night. Once again some young blokes went well in the trial, and I think Hamley's list may not be as shallow as people may think.......

Think Valor rolled his ankle.

Hanson went ok, kicked 3.

Rumours that Parish has had a few snipes at Greenwood, the handbag would want to hope Mal doesnt come after him Saturday. Would have money on the softy running in the opposite direction

i did hear parish has been running his mouth in the mallala pub about greenwood. it will be interesting to see if the same words are said face to face. greenwood will take his aggression out on the footy. can only hope parish is running at the same footy. other then lets hope its a good game with plenty of skill

Of course he wont say it to his face, soft as butter is Benny boy, he would jump at his own shadow.

Well thats where you are wrong donkey. Had a run in with him in the past on the field. Loves the lip on the field but didnt enjoy the head massage at the next contest, even offered to go on with it but he ran the other way.

dont think they lacked deepth on the weekend and i wouldnt be banking on injuries at two wells either BigV, James got killed in the ruck and the mids knew where feast was going to put it, i wonder if Big Nik was in weather the result may have been different or closer??

Please except my apologies. Most people love a good head massage, maybe you should cut your nails... was that the problem Red? :D It seems Uncle Mal is becoming quite the local legend out at Hamley :prayer:

Mal's not a bad bloke and one of the best players to grace the Barossa in the last decade. Hamley has done well to pick him up

Dont worry about Mal, he should be the least of your concerns. If they actually have Haseldine, Zanadrea & Taylor they will have some fair units running the middle. Maybe old tom smith might make a return as he wont need to get the hard balls any more.

Hamley has much more depth then people would realise, especially if the u/17s who have taken the step "take their game to a new level this year"; it looks like they have.

hamley will be playing the footy and thats it. we copped floggings from mallala last year, we are hoping to be a lot more competitive this year or even get the win. mallala are a very well drilled side. i think we will match up well against them . lets hope we can just gel as a team, as alot of our players missed trials. looking forward to the contest hopefully its a cracker game
