United 40+ They need it
Two Wells 2 - 5 points - Fresh from buy and doing nothing the last couple of weeks will they fire??????

Big V still hasn't quite grasped the concept of choosing margins of 1-39 or 40+

Virginia 1-39 The Peckers won't let the Rams get too far away from them, but the Rams will win
Hamley Bridge 1-39 This won't be as easy as some may think, but the Bombers too classy
Two Wells 40+ Roosters have some points to prove after a couple of lacklustre games. Eagles to cop it

Has some less than nice thinks to say about APFL, and especially Hambly Bridge. Even gets stuck in about Matt "the ego" Good's situation.
I'm not saying I agree with him, but he's got a bee in his beanie about something!
Despite what he says, the proof is in the results...any thoughts?

Who gives a flying **** what the papers say most people who write them are knobs anyway isnt that right ONSONG  Hamley never poached Mathew Good. Hamley poached his dad and Matt followed. HAHAHAHAH Matt ego good. one of the most level headed kids i have met and really wants to learn the game and play his best. tell your bullshit story elsewhere. Go have a sook on the BLG forum . No one cares here.

Unfortunately Mike may not have made the necessary phone calls before running this opinion piece. He probably also needs to stop running opinion pieces in the area reserved for sports stories.
Having said all that, I don't believe the Approved Player Points System (APPS) has resulted in any more players changing leagues than has been the case in the past. Nor is a club going on a spending spree every now and then a new phenomenon. It seems Mike may have used the case of Zanandrea and Good as the basis of a whole new trend in country footy.
Those at Hamley Bridge know that Zanandrea has family in the town and a good mate (Lachy Norman) already playing there, while Matt Good's father (Mark) is assistant coach this season. It wasn't rocket science to think these lads were strong chances to go to the club.
Points system not an issue.

That article is an absolute joke. Any credibility Teakle had as a journalist is now gone for mine. Find out the facts before you go and hang a couple of young blokes out to dry. Twat.

All I've got to say on this matter is that it's not Good, but the situation is not Zanandrea's fault ;)
