Slow start and scores were just about even at quarter time. Uniteds midfield were on top and HB looked shell shocked. But after that the HB midfield got ontop and continued to build a comfortable lead. The normals names of Taylor, Appleton, Thach, Heberle, Hanson played well but it was Zanandrea and Parsons who stepped up and showed what they are capable of. All round great team effort.

WARNING TO ALL CLUBS

On Thursday night, an unknown offender entered the change rooms at the Barossa Footy Club whilst the players were out training, and stole wallets and keys belonging to five of the players. There was a male, not known to anybody, seen hanging around the Club during training but he was gone when the players realised their things had been taken. Male is described in his mid to late 30’s, Caucasian with short brown hair and was driving a white VY or VZ Commodore.

Please can all clubs be aware of this incident and advised to make their players aware to be vigilant with the security of their possessions..

Could possibly be plural. I was told someone pretends to be a new player while his mates do the deed, I could be wrong though.

A huge result for Balak on the weekend in the context of their season and the competition. Eight rounds in and there'e only one win separating second and fifth spots on the ladder!
What's the story with the Rams? They smash Hummocks by 24 goals then get beat by a team which (at that time) sat two wins behind them on the table.
