He's saying we lost our points from the game for playing an unregistered player. I'm pissed off about it too, if I'd know about it I wouldn't have picked the guy in question in the first place.

Wow that's really sucky! :(

Who enters your teams into sportingpulse before the weekend? Surely it would've flagged that the player wasn't registered?

Don't worry about the "official" result, for all purposes you won the game, and deserved to win, i'm sure one player didn't make the difference!

He was best on ground

Not 100% sure on the details but he was in our system but wasn't cleared properly or something. Old club found out and reported it.

Interesting stat for PNU as they adopt a youth policy in tomorrows wet conditions the forward line ages look something like this ;
FF ; 38, 39, 41
HF : 43, 35, 40....total age 236 or average of 39.3333333
With the return of the Mustang on the bench as the change up forward on the wrong side of 40 as well. Fair to say we should have the experience edge over a young CLG but with heavy conditions dont be suprised to see the PNU coaches box looking like smoko time at the retirement village in the final quarter :) .

It will be a good fun day. We are rapt not to have a bye. PNU were on the end of many hidings in the C Grade in the last 5 years and we know what its like to struggle. 2 things i can gaurantee are that we try and be humble if we win and we dont tolerate any thugs or dirty rubbish. Anyone acting the tough guy in C4 really needs to pull their head out of their ass and play a higher grade.

It should be a good game tomorrow and assuming we had an advantage based on records and results thus far this year its fair to say conditions will bring the game in a whole lot closer.

I watched Pultney run riot today against Flinders Uni. Whiilst their rucks may not have gotten the first hands to the footy, the team certainly got the second, third and fourth touches. Whilst not a physical side, they did display a reasonable level of skill for a c4 side, particuarly number 31 (Fom memory) who was easily the best and bagged a few.
Where's Bill? Yeah... Hmm... Bill is on the Villa Quatro, on the road to Salina. I will draw you a map.

Pultney were very handy in the middle when we had them.

Thanks To CLG for a good game today. They showed plenty for a new side. Will win a few games in the run home

Well done to Glenunga today, were hungrier and wanted it more, never gave up and got the rewards.

Appreciate the hospitality after the game.. back to the drawing board for us, week break will do us good then get players back to boost the side, but need massive improvement to push in the back half of the season.

Have they had an influx of players from the school? The C grade a few years ago were scratching around to get players on the park often relying on B Graders to double up

I thought it was a very hard fought battle by both sides today. Very scrappy and wet conditions and was a clean and good contest. Had Ingle Farm kicked straight early on the game could have been a different story. Some very good individual efforts as well by the farmers, number 3 and 21 were solid all day. Thanks to the Ingle Farm guys that came back into the club rooms for a beer. Look forward to the return leg

Just want to give a big, massive, huge thank-you to the Para Hills boys who played C's on the weekend down our way for our triple header. It was a massive effort to drive out at that time in the morning for a 10:15 game and we genuinely appreciate it.

Thought you went alright as well and the scoreboard did not reflect the competitiveness of the game nor your effort.

Thanks again.

Lockleys 6 goals to 1 over Trinity. Any reports on the game, crazy score line. Didn't Trinity have their 19th man?

Good game at PNU yesterday v Lockleys. It was our defense led by the "cheese dog" Luka Borg BOG in my book that was able to repel many Lockleys attacks. They would have had more inside 50s than us but we were able to take our chances and had 10.2 at one stage I think. Lockleys are at least a 10 goal better side than the last time we played them.

Big game for us this week against Pultney who nearly beat us in round 1.

After seeing all sides wristwatcher, how do you think the sides match up, is the ladder an accurate reflection do you think?

Also CLG were really good yesterday, scoreline doesn't reflect their effort and competitiveness, especially given they had basically no bench.

They will definately collect some wins by season end, also thought their umpire was fantastic.

Glenunga d Pulteney was a big result, puts the pressure right back on us and that loss before the break is proving hurtful!
