I wouldn't mind coming to watch.

Missing two. Ack!

I think C Taylor would be better on the forward flank, can take a strong lead up mark and also good when it hits the deck. And Ned in the Centre.

What about Hardiman?

I think he's at his best dropping a kick behind play. Thought Cicca's would've made the starting 18, nevertheless, a strong side.

Cicolella is injured. Didn't play against Balaklava and would be very surprised if he plays this weekend.

Think it's a knee problem??

There's a few sore boys in that line-up actually.

And by that I mean clearly injured and most likely to be unable to actually play. Lets hope there are no suspensions to come out of this, it would be disappointing, as I'm sure the "questionable" guys were forcefully picked by the league, and not the coach who would have wanted a fit and firing side.

coaches have never really picked these sides much imo

 hmmm. I would have thought the team selection would have been at the discretion of the Selectors. Swamp?

Both players are stars but Storic is a zone representative and Mail Medallist midfielder. Don't be so shocked.

Spoke to Taylor last night and he is in this sore body category.

As well as some injured players in the team, some there on reputation I think.
Faulkner for one?
If those injured drop out, who's gonna replace. Those not picked might have booked holiday by now; or be "injured"by Satdy.
No way some picked will play.

Not that my opinion counts for much, but in fairness, he's been in United's top 3 best players in 3 out of their last 4 matches. Moreover an AFL/VFL/SANFL career is probably grounds for a start in a country footy team.

I can't think of any glaring omissions. Pretty decent side picked. Obviously stuggling for U21's with Greenshields and Nietschke picked but other than that looks pretty good.
If you don't like it, change it. If you don't want to change it, it can't be that bad!
