Hallelujah! You've nailed it all right there Cyrils. It's happened numerous times before and you can get away with it against the lesser teams, but against Two Wells on the weekend, and Mallala prior, you won't get away with banging it down the line. The number of times I've seen Rhys Darwin, Lachy Norman or Stewie Gregory get ignored when out in a paddock is concerning. Good sides will honour the leads of their team mates and that's what the Roosters and Magpies do. I also have no doubt Hamley will bounce back, but a few blokes will have start playing playing honest, team footy

Two wells went in with the main focus being accountability. There was a period during the second quarter where hamley had the occasional loose player on the wing every other time there was a TW player within 5 meters. We beat hamley all over the ground because we chased harder, went in harder and played harder. Looking forward to the trip to balak and hopefully getting a win where we haven't for 4 years

I'm hearing Luke McCabe will play his 3 games before business time begins in Sept.

Amazing what the lure of finals can do. McCabe would still be one of the fittest in the comp if he played, the blokes a freak.

Silly question but did Like play enough junior games to he classed as 0 Pts? Would of been at Centrals from a young age before drafted by Hawthorn then don't think he has played back at Hamley since.

i probably shouldnt have put it the way i did. having the extra week off to get injuries right for long term rather thinking short term and risk making injuries worse sounds better. im probably a bit to passionate of a supporter.

just on anther topic, was nice to see some closer games and some fight last week from united and HWE. looks as though from the results over the past 2 weeks that the added faces and players returning from injuries that the signs are looking a little better at the eagles.

Hwe can definately cause a few upsets, the beauty about this year is if you don't give your opposition respect they will hurt you for it, all teams have proven that I think.
