I think to sort out the Hood V Bird discussion would be easy. Maybe it should be organised that they play on each other the next time the 2 teams play. Then we will see who is better :)

what does everyone think?

We are playing Para Hills, Shameless.
Injuries are definately testing our depth, thats for sure. From our B grade team that beat Mitcham a few weeks back, we have lost 15 blokes, most of them promoted.

Para Hills v Portland
North Haven v Mitcham
Pooraka v Pulteney OS
Salisbury v Ingle Farm
Rosewater v Unley

On the Hood v Bird thing, Bird looked to have more impact on the game against us. Hood was good for the first quarter but didn't do much after that, although it was wet, not sure if that helps him or not. Not that you can judge guys on one game anyway.

And DTM, if Tumey is your cousin, you'll be treated like royalty out this way mate. The bloke is king of the club.

Anyone hear on 1197 today, it was said although haven lost, they were more superior and controlled 90% of the para hills game 2 weeks ago. Haven still the team to beat in D4

very true pag but that was my analysis of the hood v bird dillemma hoody is far more looked after where as birdy is an impact player/ball winner. very polished player these days more so than previous stints at porland also

Para Hills are nowhere near unbeatable, we were up on them at 3/4 time, and we were going with the breeze in the last quarter, ended up with 17 players and gave away a couple of stupid free kicks close to goal and that was it. They will lose a game in the second half of the year, if not 2 or 3.
