Well played today Mallala after a exhausting fortnight but your supporters are still the worst then Virginia.

Tiring of these clearly ignorant accusations.

You obviously have no idea what you're talking about.

I put in a shitload of work each week promoting the league and its players etc.

Don't worry about the haters OnSong and just keep doing what you're doing. Seriously people - you'd have to be pretty thin skinned to get upset about The Informant piece

I appreciate the support roodog but at the same time, the accusations about the Informant and I are not true and people making them show they clearly have no idea.

Quick to have a crack, why don't you do it yourself mate? If you've got nothing positive to say, then say nothing. If you're not a fan, don't buy it - but I sure as hell hope when you ask "who is #34 for Hamley Bridge" that the people around you tell you where to go.

Promotion of country football/netball is not an easy caper, and muppets like you take what you have for granted. The Informant does it's job ten times over, so good luck to you big fella!

Why does the league hold their count on a Saturday?

At least this year its not after an elimination final, so blokes wont be torn with staying with their team mates after a loss or attending this function.

Any reason its not on a Monday like some other leagues??

OS, wasn't it after u lost a Prelim last year, surely it was the last thing you wanted to do (even if it was because of work)!

It was pretty depressing to be honest. The loss was as devastating to me as losing the GF, so yeah, I wouldn't have gone if I didn't have to on that particular night.
That said, I enjoy the function, but you're right, the loss made the night less enjoyable for sure.

As for the Monday night, I'm pretty sure it was tougher to get people to the function I reckon.

We're working on a new design to the Plains Producer medal to make it a bit more unique to the league/area.

Something like this has been floated:

I might be getting TOO creative, but to make it really unique to the region, (from Balaklava to Port Wakefield) could it have depictions representing the land and the sea? I.E. a head of wheat and a fish? (Or something like that)
