Anyone got to the AGM/delegates meeting last night. Any thoughts on their plans for the SAMCA Cup

The issue has been getting the best players to commit to playing Seniors or U21 SAMCA Cup games. I'm not sure having a carnival over one week is going to help with this situation. They did say they wanted to try something different.

A1: Newcomers Pooraka together with strong improvements from Goodwood and Woody Rec will look to push Grange and Payneham out of the top end of the table. PAOC will finally start to slide after a number of years at the top. Pulteney, Pembroke, Brighton and Unley will just be making up the numbers.

Marion would want to improve a lot. They were diabolical when we played them last year and I mean terrible. Not that we were much better most weeks.

Results would say that it was their batting that was terrible last year.
They are regaining 3 of their top 4 batsmen from their A2 flag from 2 years ago that we're not around last year.
