South are famous for not developing their zone and do lack a winning culture. A minute but loyal supporter base and a culture of losing . Maybe Fuller leaving them will help but how it stands now the locals do not want to play there. Success breeds success.

Not so sure about South u/18's not being successful, Tony Bamford and the club are putting a lot of resources into this group and u/16 and as from next year improvement will be very noticeable.

I hope your right Darls, there is always plenty of talk pre season, then nothing gets delivered, lets see if their energy is rewarded.
