saw 12 years a slave on the weekend, thought it was excellent. i just sat there and thought how could we have possibly done this to someone else?

wolf of wall street and american hustle are also excellent. wolf of wall street was probably my favourite movie of the year behind gravity. was much funnier than i expected. american hustle was just one of those really well made, enjoyable stories. not going to tell you any lessons about life, but really entertaining.

Wolf was all hype. As a movie reviewer said, everyone got conned again making that movie.

i get the feeling you are the type of person that doesnt like anything though. so given you called it boring and terrible instead of the worst movie of all time or something, leads me to believe it is actually ok.

12 Years a Slave was the most boring movie I've seen in a very long time, gave up on it with an hour left.
Wolf of Wall Street was excellent.
