I just emailed ACB About my disgust with this descision. I suggest everyone do it &at least let them know how you feel.
just google ACB Contact.
Its typical of the East cost centric control of national sport
I suggested they change their name to the The eastcoast australia cricket board ECACB
no doubt we wil just sit down & take it up the xxse as usual

You are dead set wrong! CA have given SACA a Test Match in a shortened international season and have hosted cricket on Australia day or near enough to it every year bar 2 (2003 & 2013) since 2000. What more can you want? Don't forget that Adelaide also get to host an Australian game at the World Cup provided the host nation qualifies for the quarter finals......

CA responds to upset Adelaide fans

Feck me, we have some ungrateful people in South Australia  (that is not directed at you phil but the majority of the nuffys clogging my FB news feed about this)

A lot of complaining about not having an Australia Day game in 2015, but what was the reason we didn't have one in 2013?

We don't get an australian one day match at all unless Australia make the last 4 of the World Cup. There's a ODI series vs South Africa and a triangular series and the Adelaide oval doers get one match

Yep absolute disgrace that we dont get a single one day match. Sydney not only gets Australia day v India but also another game Aus v Eng. and v Sth Africa
We do get a T20 int v Sth Africa on Nov 5th as does Melb and Sydney.

There is 12 days of international one dayers before the world cup, guess how many adelaide get? Yep thats right none.

It's up to SA to prove that the new stadium is a fantastic venue like it has for football and that we can attract and maintain large crowds. Once we can regularly get 40k+ to games surely they will reward us with more games?

Yes we missed out on a 1-dayer this season, it's disappointing but it happens. Shortened summer, most grounds have lost something. (Perth miss out on a test they would normally get).
We have picked up an international T20 game.

We have also picked up a 2-day warm up match vs India and another 2-dayer at Glenelg.

Yes, it's not Australia Day, but overall, I don't think it is as bad as some people are making out.

I think Adelaide has proven itself Sydney on the other hand have had very poor turn outs the last couple years for ODI

Think they get a home final.....

NFI really, CA are only considering it because of the tight schedule due to the World Cup and with international warm up matches on Adelaide is probably the only venue available....

Let the two heads have it. Test cricket should be played between the hours of 11am and 6pm.
