Would be no different that what other clubs have tried on theirs already. All clubs do it I'm afraid weather we like it or not. Because the grass is always greener on the other side apparently......

Keepers and spinners seem to be always approached for this as it can be hard to dislodge the incumbents at your club if you are up and coming.....
