SAAFL - Division 4

Played Pulteney in the C's yesterday. Seriously they were trying to cause fights all the damn time.

Some curly haired guy was fighting from the first siren. And flashing his schlong to the crowd too. Apparently though it was a tictac so the crowd just laughed at him and he didn't like. Shame he couldn't play football.

Some red haired geek thought it was AFL and was trying to push and bump players around when the ball was at the complete opposite of the field.

And a few others as well. For a C grade team it just isn't worth smashing the hell outta these tools. They didn't video the game either, if they did I was gonna accidently run through the camera.

And their umpire. **** me!! I don't usually complain about umpiring but this guy is an absolute douche bag. Just a heads up to teams playing Pulteney in the B's or C's. Do not say a word to him otherwise you are stuffed. You'll be lucky to get a free kick out of him for a start, and if you back chat him then he gets 10x worse.

But we took the 2 points home, so they can shove it.

went to watch the Haven game on the weekend, I can tell the full back for North Haven (number 15 I think) has a very ordinary head.

Haven look very slick & should be a cracker of a game this week against Salisbury.

I am what you can call an arm chair expert, and I dont know anyone in that team. I dont think anyone played that well for haven, they all seemed to play as a tight unit.

Not sure if anyone has heard this, but I was told from a reliable source that Ingle Farm's A Grade coach Barclay Matthews walked sometime last week...

Any confirmation?

Yes Heater, the footage has been reviewed and the following breaches have been noted -
1) The Pulteney OS canteen/bbq was being operated by a person with the personality of wet toilet paper.
2) The B grade timekeeper appeared to be helping the above mentioned person, and therefore allowed the 3rd quarter to go for 5 minutes too long.
3) Pulteney B grade team manager attempted to 'invade' the visitors changeroom after the game (lucky for him, he was unsuccessful, there is no camera in there). This gentleman then proceeded to the bbq and consumed every last visible piece of meat, cooked or otherwise. He was also witnessed frothing at the mouth at various times of the day - not sure if this was related to the meat consumption, invasion attempt or both.
4)Large green shed at Morgan Oval, allegedly impersonating a football clubroom/facility.
5) Pulteney A grade players, for being too good on the day.

The above alleged breaches have been reported to the SAAFL and it is hoped the appropriate action will be taken and relevant penalties imposed. We have the video evidence to back up our claims, even if the quality is dubious (we may have edited any parts which may incriminate ourselves, but im sure thats ok)

In response to the above mentioned points I put forward the following case,

1) the beer was cold and the BBQ cooked I trust

2) don't tell me that your club doesn't do the same and also what is the point it probably boosted your %

3) It is a requirement of the league to collect the goal kickers and best players from each team and submit where necessary

4) no contest its crap

5) I agree your Lordship

thats ok we have already contributed $800+ and counting to the SAAFL's bottom line

Yes thats true. Barclay quit on thursday before training. Players are still there although a couple quit weeks ago player by the name of kiwi who has a small heart. farmers not getting many numbers on the track only had 10 a-grade players last tues nite. they have had lots of injuries seems to be 6 changes every week, mount is out injured who is a big player for the club. bout time the players at the farmers stood up and took it on themselves to get dedicated and play for the club and not take the easy option out. this is two coaches gone since january, lets hope all the good things the farmers have done or achieved in the last 4 yrs dont come unstuck in 1/2 a season.

In reference to 3) - its not a requirement of the league to harass and threaten opposition coaching staff and players though...this bloke has had altercations with at least 5 of our officials, players and/or supporters over the last 3 times the sides have played. 'Repeat offender' are the words that spring to mind. Hope he does a good job of the paperwork, because he isnt doing your clubs image any favours.

I heard one our lads from north haven got in a fight out the front of the casino on sat night and a few portland lads gave him a hand. Rumours flying around are a Pultney player in Loco bar bent over to pick up his drink and accidently pressed his phone and caught the whole incident on his video phone. The footage has been handed over to the proper authorities.......... If anyone can shed some light on this incident please inform us.
