I'm talking clubs without enclosure like Mitchell Park, arguably the best deck in the league, and pay let's say $1000k which is the norm to let clubs enjoy their day. Or is it really about the league collecting the big ones because clubs have worked hard to get there and it's now paytime. Sorry but I thought we were amateurs.
The country clubs get it right, they allocate grounds for finals and the clubs share in the $$$$. No wonder they continually steal players for big bucks.
They offered all clubs the opportunity to tender for home neutral grand finals this year.
Not enough clubs were willing to play ball.
Mitchell Park had the opportunity to tender (my guess is $1,000 wouldn't have done the job though)
