With plenty on the track, even a number of colts have been out giving it a crack. Andrew mine and mark "funky" mcguiness are losses from last year, however expect some big ins, with players actively contacting the club wanting to be apart of the action. Also half a dozen colts making the step up, and a couple returning from stints in town. I won't elaborate any further until all are confirmed. Things are looking very positive. Expect a battle when you line up against the mighty bulldogs this year, a serious contender to go top .
Go you doggies
Hey M Train who are the big ins at the Doggies any confirmed as yet? Been down a long while now mate can they recapture the form they had in the early 2000's and be a power house again when they set the standard?
Choppy I can't tell you names yet, because I do to know if the pen has hit the paper. As far as returning to our former glory, I think we have built a very solid foundation over the last 5 years as a club, and we are definetly on the right track...
Speaking of big ins. Read the clearances page, Nairne have quite a few. Zachary Peake who I believe kicked 100 in the sunraysia league in mildura. And Jamahl Liddle from Gepps Cross, sources from Loxton FC say that he's an absolute gun, apparently made their team of the century!!! And quite a few more names! Have to be 0 pointers, not sure if they would have many points to throw around would they?
Sounds like a couple of good pick ups. Nairne would have a few points up their sleeve, they have done a good job retaining decent players, and lots of local lads line up each week.
I did see Daniel ebert has a clearance to kersbrook pending, another good pick up
Was driving through Meadows tonight and saw the lights on, did a quick lap of the oval while the boys where training. Looks like they had good numbers. A few of the regulars I saw looked pretty fit and a couple of blokes I didn't recognise some big blokes looked cherry ripe. Meadows may be a bit of a smokey this year. I see Tyler from Imps has had a clearance do we know much of him??

Yeah bumped in to the two Strouts, Shane and his boy and he said that they've been getting 35-40 to training most nights and have had nearly 60 different players train already!!!!
Yeah very handy pick up for the brookers!!!
Meadows are quite similar to Nairne in that they have a good base of locals to build around, I will definitely be making an appearance at the annual ANZAC clash between the two sides!!! Could be very interesting.
I know they have lost A couple. Haven't heard of much coming in, scraping the barrel I would imagine. Would think meadows will give then quite a touch up in their trial.
Like the look of Div 2, Country Div or whatever it’s called this year with Torrens Valley, Echunga and Lofty in the top flight. Nairne might be going for broke but if a strong Kersbrook side don’t ruin the party, looks like a club may end a long premiership drought in 2015.
Last Flag Kersbrook 2012 Kangarilla 2006 Meadows 2004 Birdwood 1994
Nairne, Bridgewater, Maccelsfield, Gumeracha last A grade flag were beyond those clubs.
Everyone's a bit quite on here really looking forward to this season. I think it may be the closest the comp has been in a while A grade that is. Would be great to so the comp like it was about 10 year ago when the top five was pretty close even Cally where competitive back then. Who's everyone's pick for the top 5 at the end of the minor rounds. Here's mine.
