You've gotta give them some credit with their sustainability.
Their club rooms would seat 25 people comfortably, they have many bigger. stronger clubs within a close proximity, they must do some pretty good fundraising to keep afloat and attract the calibre of players that pass through there.

1) Demolition of existing club facility;
2) Construction of a new building to be located along the oval;
3) Function room with doors opening to the verandah;

5) Referee & first aid rooms with separate facilities & access;
6) Verandah with kiosk servery;
7) Minor alterations to the existing car park; & Provision of temporary facilities for the club's use during the building works.
