Head in to bottle my Golden Ale tomorrow. She's been sitting for 3 weeks, should be cherry ripe about now.

Fantastic. It's the brew of choice for the two owners of the place and I can see why. Very nice.

I'll post an image of it later, you'll see just how golden it is!

Yes, yes indeed. Bit of honey in the aroma, bit of sweetness and a little floral in the taste, fresh crisp lager finish with a hint of honey right at the end. Like this one!

I've done a Brew in September last year of which I still have quite a few bottles of, a coopers lager with maple syrup.
I will do one with honey in future for when a sweet bevvy is needed

I wanted one of the ice bank systems as my glycol system has seen better days but went for a lot more than I thought considering they looked like they had been a bit abused.
Got some fermenting barrels and a drum stand, wanted some 19L kegs but couldn't bid on them online

Ended up with 51l of choc dark ale.

Also put down 2 Munich lagers

1 had 25g hallertau boiled with the malt for 15mins and another 25g steeped as a hop tea brewed to 21litres

The second was just a plain kit with 1.3kg malt to 19litres
