There are no greater wins to end a losing streak in that table which surpasses the 57 point win by North on the weekend

The incredible thing about North's losing steak of 19 in 2000-2001 is that they didn't win the wooden spoon in either year.

Incredibly, the only team Glenelg did not defeat in 1934 was the team they beat for their only win in 1935 - West Torrens.

Had a good win at Adelaide Oval, and a real cracker at Footy Park, during which Scotty Field (RIP) laid Gary McIntosh down for the count with nothing more than a hip and shoulder, after Macca charged aggressively at him. Poor bugger got reported shortly after, when he came to he just forgot that there was a footy at all, and just wanted to belt Scotty. Gave us three highlights in the one day during our darkest era.
Thanks Macca!

I thought Scotry laid Macca out at Adelaide Oval (missed that game but remember following it in the media) .. Was a hard nut Scotty Field, without putting on a show about it, just went about his business on the field but was so strong bodied. Always liked him as a player.
