Geez Norton struggling with the move to coaching, would almost be time to move him on. Premiers to wooden spooners in 6 months, my heart bleeds for em

Without ANY guys firing, most teams lose, Bulldogs getting a bit fat headed, this loss will probably do them good. $hillabeer needs to remember he's playing country football, not everyone in the team is a superstar. Says too much IMO. Some humility and respect is required.

Re: BL&G Football League
Bombers had 8 of their A grade out against Barossa, including 3 imports and still out outplayed them. Lost Chuck Taylor and Bluey Kerr during game as well. Seems as though Barossa rely too much on 4 or 5 players; and a couple of them don't like the team concept or don't understand country footy.
Must rate as one of Bombers best wins for a while.

Yes, they were clearly the better team all day. Goes without saying I guess, but they are easily the best team Barossa has played this season.

Doesn't help when good players go to Central Districts mid year! My heart bleeds for them as well and cheers for Daniel Burgess goes to show what happens when you don't look after locals!

I wouldn't say cheers for Burgess, showed again yesterday against a quality ruckman and team that he is a fair way off the mark, anyone can get a kick when it's easy

Barossa midfield struggled to get the ball and were shite. Midfield played too deep and zoned off. It wasn't until Shillabeer moved in to the midfield they played much better by taking the game on. BTW Shillabeer grew up in country footy, nothing wrong with a bit of arrogance.

Schahinger is a pretty good ruckman and RSMU a quality side Burgess did well against MinMan ruckman the week before still young and a lot of upside I'm sure Nuriootpa could use him now!

The donnybrooks are the biggest joke in the league.
Maybe Gawler have an elite midfield that get that ball tapped physically down their throat by the Big Russian, Creg Jamar. You think his work on the field is exceptional, you should see the man off the field.
Maybe Gawler have the best forward in amateur footy.
Maybe Josh Glenn has no spine and shouldn't have thrown the towel in at AFL level because no one at the Gold Coast liked him because he was too in love with himself?
I don't know, just a few observations.
User well and truly off.
