Don't seem to have won big games for about 18 years either (actually not meaning to knife you guys there). The whole thing for the Crows is they need to break new ground (current era at least) and beat a side like Hawks, Swans or Cats away from home.

Yep, until we can do that consistently we are not genuine contenders.

Looks like he has concrete boots on tonight

I reckon he's playing with injury. I was watching him after he kicked a goal against Collingwood and he started limping towards the bench but they told him to stay out there. We need him right so hopefully a rest in coming weeks

In the presser Pyke said he rolled his ankle late in the game and would miss this week more than likely. Doesn't explain why he was so poor all night though.
Good week to rest him and if Talia misses aswell we might keep the margin under 100[emoji1]

Heard a cow supporter say last night that they lost because the oval was more narrow than other ovals  and that they will beat them in the finals as it will be at the G

Just on that, I'm not sure Adelaide and Geelong would have ever met at the G?

They sure miss Betts when he isn't out there.

Their so called gun forward line was found out last night which shouldnt be a surprise to any non crows fan.
Walker, Betts, Jenkins and McGovern were 4 of the bottom 7 in rankings points,
When was the last time Betts performed against a top team? Oops sorry, nobody can answer possibly answer that, its never happened.

Thought Jenkins did OK considering the rubbish delivery.
The skipper was beyond terrible and looked totally disinterested.
Did I hear right that McGovern had 2 touches for the night?

I thought our kicking for was poor, possibly due to not knowing the ground that well. Geelong players seemed to read the wind a lot better.

Had a poor game but besides Jenkins from his limited possessions, none of the forwards did. Doesn't help when the supply is shit and can't break the half back wall which Geelong did brilliantly.

They were never given a chance thanks to Crows mids/backs delivery inside that fed Geelongs superb half backs who read their entry like a cheap novel.
It's a wake up call they needed after beating up on lower sides for most of the last eight weeks.

Pretty sure the AFL has said no finals at Cat park until redevelopment complete
