After extensive discussion with the Southern Football League it has been decided that the best avenue for the club to move forward, we will be fielding a C Grade team in 2017.
Who is coaching Mawson's this season? Will they have a side this year? And there have been noted retirements and players leaving too. Bit of an un-surity at the Lakes for this season.

They'll be fine I think. They have a trial game against Flinders Uni at HDFC on Sun 5th March, and that is less than four weeks away now.

I just heard of a few long time players retiring or moving on to other clubs (Kennett? Novosel? Rae? Ralph? Carr?) And haven't heard much from Mawson's on here. Hope they do get a side up.

Hardly call Carr a long time player.
Brenton Reidy is back this year, and i've heard that Mawson Lakes were actually looking into the possibility of getting a C grade side back up.. cant be all bad down the swamplands..

It's always going to be quiet when you're not on here spruiking your club, or the interest is around other clubs and what's going on there i.e. Brahma Lodge, West Croydon.
Bit like the way Houghton are picking up all their recruits but quietly flying under the radar at the moment

Stop extracting the urine Zartan... if BL finish top then all the other sides in this competition must be very ordinary!! They are still looking for additional players to fill the mass exodus from last year. Good choice for the association medal though, he is my tip too.
