Head and Zampa both come in, maybe for Grant and Ross?

Did Valente do enough? Will Weatherald get suspended by Grade Cricket report?

Ferguson obviously under the pump but think no chance of them dropping him, they will back him in. Terrible run out just summed up his last few months!

Apparently Head and Zampa will be playing in the T20's vs Sri Lanka so not available

Future's game starting tomorrow. Will be interesting to see what happens if someone makes big runs in the first innings. Could get called up.

Western Australia 4/50 in the Futures game. Imagine there's a bit of juice in the wicket. Elliot Opie has 4/15. Might be timely wickets for him after Grant and Valente didn't do much in the Shield game.

Shield game finishes Feb13, first 20/20 game for Australia is Feb 17. Think all players will be allowed to play Shield, so we should have Head and Zampa if that's the case. Team named in next day or so, will know shortly then.

Elliot Opie took 7 wickets in Futures game. Wonder if he's a chance to come in?

Right you are!

Head, Zampa, Opie in to the squad of 13. Ross and Andrews out of the 12 from last game.

Will we play a spinner? You'd think we would with very hot weather and on Adelaide Oval. So one of Grant, Valente and Opie plays...? Hmm, not sure which way they'd go.

Nic Maddison has walked away from cricket indefinitely.

That's odd. The cricket roller coaster of his last couple of months? Or something outside cricket?

This article that I read about it says personal reasons. So maybe it's nothing to do with cricket?

Oh dear, I think they're getting the heat mixed up with the humidity. Crazy move.

Then again, we seem to chase so well

Yep Twitter confirms it......not necessarily a bad thing I find batting in hot conditions tougher than bowling!

For an hour in 44 degrees was not pleasant. Seen plenty of sides crumble in the heat also.

I get where you are coming from, my style of batting knocks the suitcase out of me if I last too long on a hot day.

Monumental move by the Redbacks sending the Vics in, the Bushrangers are currently 2/19.

They could be 8/26 and still make 300.
