Shannon was 40+ when he played for us a few seasons ago, closer to 50 I believe!

Please explain how it would be a perfect fit for Para Hills?

* Pick up the senior playing base, increased depth through A/B grade and enough players to reform a C grade (King , Bennett, Van Den Brink, Ung would be handy).
* Pick up loyal and hard working volunteers.
* Pick up ML Juniors sides (1x U7, 2x U8, 1x U9) which in turn strengthens the PH junior program.
* No ML football base allows for greater targeting/recruitment etc from the ML area.
* Pick up the ML sponsors.
* Increased attendance and revenue at club functions with the added members.

Putting ego aside, it would be a smart move for Para Hills to explore it - Mawson Lakes are dying a slow death, Para Hills would be in the box seat to absorb maximum advantages from it before hand - whereas if Mawson Lakes were to fold, you'd lose all the players and juniors over an array of clubs

mawson lakes last year were offered the chance to merge with para hills but turned it down.

I love the place, played a lot of footy there, but I honestly think this year or next will be their last

This statement is incorrect. Para Hills wanted to start up on their own two feet and are doing a good job at it. Kudos to them.

I've issued out warnings before if I think the language is too appalling and within earshot of spectators, especially kids.
