Grapevine says it's true regarding the Para Hills coaching job and they are throwing the sink at Chad Bourke and Shaun Holland to coach. Bourke to play and Holland the whiteboard with Bamford footy director but Bourke and Holland are filthy with the way OB was treated as they both have a connection with OB. Be interesting to see what happens be great for Para Hills if this was to happen but highly doubt them 2 egos could work together. Big $$$ is what I'm hearing for these 2.

Can confirm Bourke was approached but has shut it down already. I've said it before and I'll say it again - he has no interest in coaching in 2018.

Got a text last night saying he'd been told he's no longer required. I hope not mate, I like and rate G and he did a great job this year. Thought he deserved another year at least

Speaking to a few players he wasnt a great coach.
1. Had no game plan or structure.
2. Did the same and only drill every night so training was boring as bat shit.
3. Dropped a player by message on a friday night cause another blokecausea sook. As early in year he dropped blokes for same reason.
4. Picked a bloke every week who only had 3 touches at half forward. Then gave him best last game so he could justify him playing finals.
5. Didnt rock up after gf. Players were filthy.
6. Players had a meeting with him about other stuff half way through year to change ways. He didnt
7. Would give players best despite being ordinary.
If carey had balls he would say this is 100% correct

Whats so good about this Bourke? I hear from some people involved with him that they'd give him the AHOS job straight up without considering any applicants for whenever they get a team up.
