Certainly was. Pooraka batted well and we bowled and fielded poorly.
Perfect storm, together with a friendly deck.

your B grade had the best spell of bowling can remember against them aswell... at one stage Josh Southwell had figures of 5 overs. 5 maidens, 5/0

Ingle Farm on a roll in LO5. Won by 10 wickets in 6 overs on the weekend. Ratio of 11.12 is absurd (only 3 other sides over 3 in all grades).
Danny Southern telling Plugga he's fat, I'd like to see that!

Bowled Modbury out for 57 despite one dude making 41 then one opener scores 54 while the other one makes 3.

With this weather its going to be impossible to have a wicket ready by Saturday. Sunday maybe a chance though. We normally get a washout in November.

This drizzley crap looks like it will hang around all day. Raining since Wed, can't see any curators being able to get on their pitch.

Considering it is week 1, ATCA will most likely pull it.

You'd think so. No one would've had covers on since Wednesday?

No chance. Was only forecast to get 5-10mm Wed, then fine weather. Obviously not the case.
More rain next week by the looks.

I can't imagine any curator would have been able to do any work on their pitches today. I can see it now.....tomorrow will be a glorious day. Absolutely perfect conditions for cricket......but, no one will be playing. Very frustrating

We've only had our Cs (LO4) side called off at this stage. Council curator was going to look at our pitch this morning but was fairly wet yesterday.
Go you Redbacks!

All games called off, but the juniors are still playing? I certainly won't be able to get wickets up for 9 am tomorrow. Grass is still soaked! Good decision prez! Call them all off.
