Should be a rule that all top ups should at least be South Aussies from community footy. Give it a couple of years and we will have all these kids that just miss being drafted playing as top-ups

I’ve noticed this common when fans from other clubs see clubs signings it’s the ole salary cap issues
Seen it a lot about the Eagles yet no eveidence to back stuff up

Looking at the Ins and Outs from the link Big Phil posted- not many have improved their squad. I guess there's likely to be some signings now the AFL drafts are out of the way
