Committee was going to vote to to keep me or get rid of me, it started to divide players and committee members so I stood down to minimise the fall out to the lads n club. Too much hard work has gone into the club and recruiting for it to fall apart this close to the start of the season. I take full responsibility of the issue and bottom line is it should never of happened. Moving forward I hope to coach again in the future but for now I’ll have a kick n a catch n make sure I don’t allow myself to be put in a position like that again.

An idea of mine would be for clubs to average their gate takings, canteen and bar from their 7 'normal' home games, and quite simply angle vale pay the difference. If this means as an example clubs are losing $3,000 a week playing home against AV compared to an 'average' game then AV need to pay the league $24,000 which then gets distrubuted evenly to the other clubs.
If they can fill 3 of the 9 netball grades then they can get a 33.33% discount on the above fine until all 9 sides are full.
