They said on the idiot box that there was no logical match for him, it made sense when they went player for player.

A fit and firing Grundy there is always a matchup

Yeah let’s make jokes about mental health. Great work

Sadly mate it seems we, as a society, still have a lot of work to do.

Whilst I agree, 5 years ago it wouldn’t even have been mentioned for fear of retribution or ridicule.

Society is getting there slowly

I totally agree with your last statement but he isn't as nimble as he used to be.

They were playing North away, and won.

North have a very quick forward line and didn't play Jarrad Waite so it was probably at his detriment, they do seem to be trying to blood kids in aswell as they do generally, and better than anyone in the business.

I hope he is ok, he has provided great service to the Sydney Swans and extracted the most out of his opportunities and size, much respect.

Great player is a bit much, ill always remember him for setting the tone of the 2014 GF when he shat himself.

Is he not coping with the Swans exit from the 8 ;)

Hope he is recieving treatment and gets it sorted soon

Not going to lose by more than 100 points when you play a style that doesn't allow either team to score 100 points.

I’ve often heard Clarko say he’d give back the multiple premierships if they would erase that couple of 100 point losses from the history books

I gave him the benefit of the doubt that he actually meant Swans as no one could be that stupid to suggest he is in the best 3 South Melbourne/Swans players

Not saying his top 3 but his not that far out of the conversation. Fair resume. Guess it comes down to terminology of ‘best’

10 year captain
Brownlow Medalist
234 games
3x All Australian
4x Club Best & Fairest
Australian Hall of Famer
Sydney Swan team of the century vice captain
First Sydney Swans Grand Final captain (huge moment in the clubs history at that point)
5x AFLPA most courageous player

That's what they say.
If you want to go quickly, go alone.

If you want to go far, go together.
