Yes his solid, and has a low body fat percentage but his not a monster considering he would have been involved in a variety of weight programs for close to 10 years now whether that be at SANFL or AFL level and just his own personal training.

If he is I believe he would be on a much more specific and educated course than your average roid head.

Yep I'm hearing it's similar to the Sam Murray situation in the AFL, the illicit substance that was still in his system is considered performance enhancing on game day.

It is and stan is saying Norwood are in the finals and Centrals are out.

Goodrem is a definite YES. Alfie hasn't committed but IMO more likely than not.

Would be a shame if Alfie went, still a bit more in the tank I reckon even at 32. A premiership player and consistent contributor since coming to us from the dark side.

Maturity and leadership a treasured commodity out here at the mo I feel.

98 games for Adelaide and 124 for Sydney (1 premiership). Would be part of the Sydney "old boys" club, if anyhing.

Well, there are apparently plenty up for grabs.

Wouldn't know. He is a straight shooter though. Very much of the "Not here to make mates. I'm here to do a job." ilk.
