We went to Yiannis Yiros on Hindley street and IT. WAS. AMAZING!!!
Got a 'platter for 2' for $40 that fed 4 of us and it was the tastiest meat and the pita was delicious, tzatziki was beautiful... just a wonderful lunch. I rated it very highly!

First bet at Flemington money back bonus bet.
Second bet an $8 winner with a lazy $50 on it.
Holding onto a blinder (I’ll be blind soon) at gully
Making an easy 30 no and hitting the winning runs with 2 overs to spare
My T Bone on the BBQ with an Annie’s Lane Merlot.

The lads didn't have any landscaping to do as such, but they had some paving and a small retaining wall to install and I couldn't be happier. Nothing was too much to ask for ( I had a couple of special requests ) and we had a sticky little angled patch in front of our little hut down the back that the Sheik worked out perfectly. Went above and beyond with some of the works and the boys left the yard in excellent order. Highly recommended.

Thanks Booney, couple of lessons for young players.
Do a little checking on your contractor, referrals usually a good start.
A 5 minute catch up every morning to go over any variations or query's from both sides saves a lot of bullshit later.
Tell your contractor what you want, not how to do it.
Happy to say that the client passed all 3 criteria so the result was achieved.
