With that sort of attendance record management are well within their rights to suggest the woman consults a physician to obtain a clearance to say she is fit for work as opposed to her coughing up sick certificates / pharmacists certificates that are obtained for anywhere upwards of $20 nowadays.
Her manager is a toothless tiger, she quite often claims to be hospitalised, I tell the manager to ask where so she can send some flowers.
If I was the manager I'd get a PI or do something to monitor what's going on one way or another as she is still posting on FB like nothing is going on.
She's even used to Grandma dying, and went to a pretend funeral a few days later to keep the story running.
