Nope, I don't care what people do to themselves on the outside, it's what's on the inside that matters most. I do think some make poor choices and the wrong tat early in the wrong place can unfortunately limit their job prospects forever.

Good people are hard to find, if he/she has got a stud in their nose or a skull on their arm and rocks up on time, does their job, who cares what they've got on or in* them.

No not really. I don't mind tats as such. Just can't think of what I would like inked into my skin for the rest of my days!

Similar here clean skin still as I've often thought where & what to get. Also never really followed through as some tattoo shops look dodgy as hell. One of my Grandfather's had army ones, not sure what tbe parents would think, provided its not my neck or face they would eventually get over it!

When I employ I always look past those things.
I look to see who they support coz I’m sure as hell not employing Power or Crows fans.

Talking about this the other day at work.
Out of 11 chicks in the office, 9 had at least one tat.
Out of 7 men, only one bloke had a tat and he’s had it 20 years.

Funny story about a face tattoo.

A player was being taught a specific position. The usual position is called Safety, but in this particular scheme its called robber.

The player is heavily tattooed, including head and face. Awesome guy.

Anyway, he asked why his position was called "robber" instead of "safety".

The reply from the coach was "Because you're a f**kin criminal (insert name)!"
