Hardest thing about being paid monthly is seeing the lump sum come in and fight the temptation to **** the mortgage and bills, lets go to Bali for a few weeks

Yup, especially when you have kids/dependants.

Examples:
Ms 15 suddenly springs on you her bus ticket has expired - need to give her money so she can get to work/school or money to recharge her card.
Ms 8 has a birthday coming up.
Ms 8 also has half a dozen friends with birthdays she's invited to.
Ms 15 makes school exchange squad - cost is $200 due in next fortnight.
School fees
School uniforms
Sport fees
Few extras trips running around this week, suddenly need to refill petrol tank a second time.
Ms 15's footy side has a jumper presentation/dinner/season launch at their sponsor - need to help pay for that.
Presentations for sport $$

List goes on and on and on.
Mr bedge has to test the bbq on offer, budget's out the window

I've been giving SEN1629 a fair run of late to see if it's worth listening in for...
Port supporters wish of having their own radio station has come true! It's a LOL fest for them on there with Kane and Rucci teeing off.

I listen a bit and its full of dead air, seems so unprofessional. mark aiston was in the arvo for a bit - horrid. Hayes butchering songs on his guitar.
I still flick back and forth from 5aa when the ads are on but it seems like a back yard job (the local stuff anyway)

Agreed, I didn't stick it out for long, sounds like they're in someone's spare room doing the shows, ordinary sound quality, whoever is running the desk is making a meal of it and who want to listen to a washed up footballer butcher songs? Please.
