Although you post much less, you still post nonsensical bullshit.
A change of coach obviously also means relocating an entire football club

Re: North Melbourne
Whats with the massive sour sob closure on this mans coaching position?
Is he trying to high horse himself?
The dude is quitting or got sacked?
A nice lovely way to go out of the role but does anyone give a toss? Just go already

Classy and honest from the club, all other clubs should take notice how to handle exits the right way, thanks Brad for your 10 years, have loved your passion but also time to move in a new direction, would love Simmo back!

I always enjoyed listening to Brad. Didn't pull any punches. Had a chuckle at the incident/comments concerning David King over the weekend.

I agree, however, not every coach is prepared to sign his own death warrant and not every club is prepared to say "Yeah, we were going to sack him anyway". Unique set of circumstances here that were handled as well as could be.
If you want to go quickly, go alone.
If you want to go far, go together.

Re: North Melbourne
Its rare for a coach to put the club first in this instance, and that is what Brad has done and also ensures he will get employed again.

Not sure but wouldn't be surprised.
So many coaches drop off the edge of footy employment due to a poor exit from their clubs.

Not sure the players hearing about it via social media before game day is "classy" but overall they handled it well considering it was leaked to the media somehow 4 or so days before it was meant to drop.
Who of your "A" graders could be traded to get you into the draft if you do go down the path of a rebuild which it looks like? Tarrant would be a good pick up for some teams & perhaps Higgins but I feel he is too old despite how well he is playing.
If you can keep your head when all around you have lost theirs, then you probably haven't understood the seriousness of the situation.

North have very little trade bait that will help them IMO, their middle tier players are too valuable for the clubs future and their older players are too valuable for the next 2 or 3 years.
Higgins in 32 next year, no one will want him which is good for the Roos as I wouldn't part with him.
Goldy is 32 next year, if someone was willing to pay overs for 2 years of service for a top tier ruck, then I'd let him go.
Tarrant not far behind in age and too valuable.
Ziebell would be the player with the most currency I'd imagine, or Mason Wood but he's too valuable to the club moving forward.

You need to look at what sort of list he had to work with? Widely thought that North Melbourne have had/still have one of the worse lists in the comp, yet he still managed to get them to finals last year, Prelims in the past.
Is he a better coach than Leon Cameron? What could he have done with the list GWS has??
I think he will definitely get another Senior coaching gig if he wants it.

Re: North Melbourne
Why would anyone want Scott? What cache does he really have? He was instrumental in backing the 6-6-6 change but he couldn't devise a plan that suited his own personel. He was also too loyal to senior players, playing them while out of form while young blokes ran around in the ressies. Shocking coach wouldn't want him anywhere near our club.

Re: North Melbourne
So turns out Brad was supposed to coach the rest of the year but someone inside NM didn't want that to happen so leaked the info to Mark Robinson who's article fast tracked Brads departure. Players didn't even know before it was in the media.
