No worries, I wouldn't mind having a crack at it but I'm worried the missus will like it too much.

Weren't they a cracking pair of people? At a guess they'll be doing another run very soon, I think we ordered more than 40 slabs at work, and that was with only about 15 people being notified.

I am going to do my level best to have an AFD today, I've pushed pretty hard the last 10-14 days, time for a day or two off.

I would be extremely wary about buying semi full kegs.

I've not pushed hard but every day 2-3 either beers or bourbons per night minimum which for me is heaps as I don't normally drink during the week

I've been churning them out on a regular basis lately, I didn't even have a beer Easter Sunday, the missus will still have a couple of champers or reds but I've restrained myself from Monday night through to Thursday night, even my Friday's have been just 3 or 4.

I’m currently the bloody opposite, really slipped it up a couple of gears the last few weekends.

Mrs Dutchy a drinker?

That's part of my/our problem, Mrs Boon enjoys a wine (or two) while cooking, then on a Friday night/weekend will get some G and T's on the go or CC/Beam and drys. If one of us has one the other one automatically does, so I open a beer, she opens a wine. She opens a wine, I open a beer, even if neither of us had that intention prior it just happens.

Yeah she is but I guess we are both classified as more social drinkers, we dont drink during the week but come the weekend if we are around friends or at the footy you won't stop us. I think I associate drinking with happy times, getting blotto at the moment just doesn't feel right.

I'm using this time to wipe out some debts and to understand how much money I waste at pubs, it's contrasting though as usually I'm umpiring a few games on a Saturday this time of the year.

I'm still having the same non-umpiring Saturday budget though, although I've been behaved during the week I'll pretty much demolish a slab on a Saturday.

Can't say I've been drunk in the last month, more the consecutive days I've had a drink and then how many I've had across a weekend day without getting pissed.

Uncanny, it's the same chez Pseudo. Every time the missus has a whine, I reach for a beer....

I recall when my dad was alive and I was sitting out his backyard with my ex wife.

The ex said to the old man "You know, I never used to drink beer until I met Col"

The old man looked to her and said "me neither"
