Truck driver somewhat lucky the dude in the car is such a terrible individual as it is drawing everyone's attention away from the fact he's driven into the emergency lane at 100 kms per hour and clean bowled 4 cops.

Yeah, I've tried to piece together how this must've happened, I know that when the police pull cars over they don't park directly behind the other vehicle, they hang out a bit.

There seems to more focus on the shit bloke.
