There are some doubters out there as we have some notable omissions. I’m really looking forward to seeing how our blokes go - Pressure creates diamonds as a person on here says. Ball looks like spending a fair bit of time on the deck tomorrow with the wind. Everything to gain tomorrow for our boys and we need to win.

Kenilworth boys were amazing, down 6 points and against a 4 goal breeze at 3qtr time is a big deal. Very proud of such a young group. Great belief. W oiuld have been easy to roll over but they didn't.

Lockleys are quality, will not want to lose again this year. Very strong group.

Kenilworth v Lockleys was a cracking game , difference was Kenilworth leaders stood up big time in last 6 minutes of game. Fantastic contest played in great spirit the Lockleys clubrooms are very impressive, well done to all concerned.

Then council decided would be better used as a dump. Possibly trams, bodies, old white goods etc under there

Then realised with all the housing going up probs not a good idea to have a dump in a residential area.

then covered it thinking it would flatten out over a decade or so..

Grade it back.

Council issue but Can't be done at the moment. Soil would need testing, massive earthworks/civil project should the council end up with an issue whereby they have to dump all the topsoil up to 3 metres deep.

They would also have to dig up all the irrigation thats been laid under it as well. Huge $$$ and i don't think they would have the stomach for it yet.

it'll have to happen sooner or later tho.

Home ground advantage, in the past they have been a far better side there, running the ball out of defence makes you rush your kick as you feel like you're running on the spot, kicking for goals downhill is difficult to settle too.

You've gotta play a different game there.

There was talk of it about 10 years ago I reckon but obviously never eventuated
