TW still the team to beat, but after seeing Mallala Saturday firing on all cylinders with still a couple more to come back in it might be a interesting finals series considering its 1v 2 and 3v4 its wide open, who plays their best on the day. For me i would like to see Bute continue in the APFL.

I thought is was 1v4 and 2v3?

Surely that's the case otherwise your better off finishing third than top.

I think overall the comp besides a couple of blowouts has been more even than ever with even the bottom two sides improving significantly on the blowout results in the past few years....
I think Two Wells the team to beat with maturity and experience which come finals time will be the difference
Bute in my opinion will go back to the YPFL and after last weeks result against Mallala may reassess their opinions of the APFL.
If they happen to meet TW on all cylinders come finals they may return to the YPFL with a little less wind than they had after a 5-0 start.

Massive game for United this week, lose and it's curtains for the season, a win against Mallala followed by a win against Bute and they will head into the finals with form.

Two Wells have Mallala and Virginia both at home to go.
Bute have Angle Vale at home and United away.

Also a big 2 weeks for Mallala after the Bute win if they can keep the form going with both United/Two wells on the road before a break before finals.

Yeah, a loss to Longies and it keeps the season alive until 5pm of the final round.

I probably would've gone with the juniors a bit earlier in the day on the Sunday, I guess if any of the senior teams win the premiership and they have juniors playing the following day, they'll get to sober up a little.

Mallala are the obvious standout in the 17's and you can throw a blanket over Angle Vale, Two Wells, Bute and Virginia, the last spot will come down to the Two Wells vs Virginia game in round 10.

Two Wells and Bute look to be the standouts in the 14's, would be good to see 4 clubs represented on the Sunday.

Is it even worth having AV in the league? They’ve seem to have bought nothing but problems since joining the league. Maybe Bute in and AV out?

Bute have played AV for the last time. 100% playing in the YP comp next year. You will be wasting your time talking about them staying permanently.

Talking to SANFL yesterday they must return to the YPFL for 2021 and then can request a change after 12 mths,if they want to, they have enjoyed playing here and so have the players from Adelaide so who knows what the future holds, at least they had a crack when other clubs threw it into the too hard basket,

In what way?
Havent heard anything in relation to an incident or report against them...…. Care to elaborate on the incident?
Did hear that an assistant coach was suspended from another club in the APFL but no one mentioned it here......

Mallala win comfortable over Two Wells. Two Wells have a 3-4 key players out which they hope to have back once finals start up but are no certainty.
Mallala do look like the team to beat now but is match fitness going to be a problem come finals time?

Depending on next weeks result between TW/VIR, We are probably looking at finals -Mallala v TW and Bute v Virginia. Reserves looking like -Mallala v Vir and TW v Bute.

Two Wells would be better off losing IMO.

Is SF1 1v4 or 2v3?

Could both lower ranked teams possibly be hosting their respective semi's?
