Mister Harlewood back in SA, will have a spell to get over some hock soreness then hopefully resume in 6-8weeks

Miss Bellawood has been sent back to Victoria after a very good campaign here. The plan with her is to nominate for the Hume cup heats and then target the bold trease in 5weeks time

I've just watched the replay a few times and that was exciting, got checked at least 3 times.

Random Gawler thoughts

Race 1 as mentioned Boom Down i think wins here. Rajasthan can't be trusted. Boom Down does handle Gawler nicely.

Race 4 - 7 black Kruger- dowa have a super T/D record. However there is tons of pace here and I'm not sure it can lead. It's a Lay for mine. But dont go above $4

Race 6-1 always ho ho - has a 30.09 win from box 1 at Meadows. That run wins here. Hard to see the others running that time in a Solo let alone a race.

Race 7 - 8 paradise pippa, place only. The 5 spofforth is only a moderate 500m type and only a moderate dog. But 5 leads and 8 will be the one running on.

Race 8 CUP
In a race where there will be 1,3,4,7,8 all showing pace.
4 crashes left = what does that mean for the 3 and even 2 at box rise...
At T1 the 1 will shift up the track...anything outside it...possibly 2,3478 all in trouble.
The 5,6 and even the 2 if it misses the start 1/2L are the plays here. Just praying for T1 trouble. Those 3 do run on nicely.

Race 9 a match race between 4,6.
6 gets the nod due to being in the Murray kennel.

R10 - 7 zambora lulu - leads for fun and should win.

R11- 5 castle archer - 1st up from nsw. Its form is good enough here.

R12-10 burning ella, in an ordinary race is capable of lobbing handy enough early and a small ew play at double figures.
The other play could be 9, if it gets out to closer to the $10. Was a beaten $1.40 fav last start and did beat the 10 home, so just respect it on the SP profile.

Murray Bridge hasn't taken off as GRSA were expecting.
Definite lack of oncourse spending.
Noone buying food + drinks and no-one is betting oncourse through the TAB.

GRSA will no doubt try and force trainers to use Murray Bridge if/when Angle Park has some modifications done.
