Tasmania
Travellers from low-risk areas – VIC, NSW, QLD, ACT, WA, NT and NZ – can register with Tas e-Travel and need not quarantine. SA is classified medium risk – visitors need a G2G PASS and must quarantine.

Victoria
Everyone who arrives in Victoria from South Australia requires a Victorian Border Crossing Permit, which is issued based on locations visited in SA. Victoria is open to travellers from other states.

New South Wales
The border with Victoria has reopened and NSW has imposed no restrictions on other states and territories. Queensland has also fully opened to NSW.

Queensland
The border has been reopened to Victoria and all of NSW, but remains closed to 20 LGAs in SA, including Adelaide.

Northern Territory
The border is open to all states and territories, with Greater Melbourne no longer classified a COVID hotspot. All travellers must complete a border entry form.

Western Australia
The border is closed to SA. Travellers from NT, QLD, ACT, and TAS can enter without quarantine having completed a mandatory G2G PASS registration and declaration process. Travellers from NSW and VIC must quarantine for 14 days with a COVID-19 test on Day 11.

Qld - Closed
WA - Closed
Vic - Open, subject to traffic light system*
NT - Open
ACT - Open
NSW - Open
Tas - Opening Thursday.

* - traffic light system is as follows:

Green - Anywhere outside Metro Adelaide - Free to enter.
Yellow - Metro Adelaide outside red zone - Free to enter, strongly recommended to get a test and isolate until results are returned.
Red - If you've visited a known hotspot in the previous 14 days - Can only enter with a permit and will be requried to quarantine for 14 days, getting tested on day 1 and again on day 12.

We are down to 55 active cases nationwide, 37 of them from OS. Get the returned travellers process right and no reason why any border needs to be shut or we can't start returning to some normality.

Spot on - it's time for the federal government to take the lead on this and throw whatever it takes at it to make sure it's done right because it's in their best interest to get everything open and staying open.

Whether that means defence force working in the hotel and staying on site so they aren't mixing with the community, etc - that cost will be small compared to the cost of another lockdown or harsh restrictions.

App seems good, only have to put my name and phone number in as a one off.
Takes longer opening a door.
Just using my camera didn't work.

I checked in this morning at the cafe, used the App, name, number, verification code, done. Was quicker than the bloke hand writing on the clip board.

Dr Scott Atlas, who had no expertise in public health or infectious diseases and frequently clashed with figures like Dr Anthony Fauci, has resigned from his role as Donald Trump's special adviser on coronavirus.

I assume Atlas had the weight of the world on his shoulders..

Didn't seem to concern him apparently, in fact Atlas Shrugged.
