One was a worker at Brunetti cafe at Melbourne Airport terminal 4, which was added to the COVID-19 public exposure sites list after the employee worked a shift on Tuesday.

During the worker’s nine hour shift there were 29 flights that departed from or landed at Terminal 4.

I think it's a given, the Victorian government are well behind their counterparts when it comes to quarantine etc. arrogance and a lack of attention to detail seem to be the major deficiencies.

Also, Vic contract tracers not only trace contacts, but also contact of contacts (you could argue this is overkill). NSW only ever did contacts of contacts for the BWS outbreak.

Needs to be a few Central facilities that's run by the feds, ever defence force with specialised personnel and not uber drivers.

Otherwise Howard Springs might have to be the only go. But one thing is for sure, this needs to be taken out of the hands of the states.

Money shouldn't even be a factor now given the amount of money lost in the community each lockdown.
