Without the media they would not get the salaries they get, There is not one person in the AFL that does not want them.

Similar mold to Hamish and Andy, Rove and Hughesy, they were all funny when they popped up out of nowhere for cameo's but became mundane when we seen too much of them IMO.

Dave Hughes, who I don't think has ever been seen with in the same room as Judith Lucy, was never, ever funny.

Each to their own, I didn't mind him with his couple of minute skit on Rove for memory, anyone I know that have seen him live have recommended his show, I'll take their word for it.

The only comedian that kept me laughing for his whole show Heath Franklin, he took a liking to me during the show and invited me onstage to tell everyone what me and the chick sitting with me were discussing, so I did. He kept the banter up with me for the remainder of the show, even when I went to get a drink.

I'm of the same ilk as you, I had the pleasure of going to one of his Fringe shows a few years back as the Mrs finds him funny. Thought I'd do the right thing and assumed he couldn't be less funny than he is on TV, I was wrong.
Hearing stories about his kids brushing their teeth or shitting their pants just didn't do it for me.
Everyone around me was laughing madly while I just sat there wondering wtf was funny, he stared at me most of the night because I wasn't laughing too.

Agreed about Titus, think he's got a bit too big for his boots now.

His whiney voice about everything is unfunny, it reminds me of being at work.

Found it interesting last week on 360 when they showed vision of Jeremy Cameron's work rate, was pretty blown away to be honest with the amount of territory he covered in such relatively little time, absolute freak. Big Tom wasn't far behind him. Cats seem to have a few in that mould (Blicavs, Smith etc ) who just don't stop running.

One good game and good crowd in Tasmania and that's the sign they're ready for their own team.

Oh, and Essendon are "the sleeping giant" of the competition.

More like a coma .. That said, I've enjoyed watching them this season. Good core of quality draft talent that should serve them well for the next decade

If all of the Geelong, St Kilda, Essendon, Hawthorn etc fans dump their club and support the new franchise then yes.

If not?

I give you the Crows as evidence people will drop their long standing teams quicker than I last in the sack.
