Oh, Dont get me wrong. Thought I pointed out some of our problems in that post.
However know a "couple of people" at south, Including the guy who told Ken Sheldon. Quote: we are gonna put you right on the front page of the advertiser with a premiership win, Unquote
We all know where that ended up hey. Cupido CAN play well. but even Sheeds lost patience with him. Says it all really. Like I said I am disappointed we missed him and I know the reasons, but privately just a little glad.

I would say that any club that is prepared to suspend their captain is showing a fair bit of discipline!
We used to be good :-(

There are 4 teams only that can win this pennant.
Harder to pick which one than it is a broken nose, throw a blanket over em all or whatever you like it is as even as 3 stevens.

Having said that Ellis, Stokes and O Hara are big losses.
The dogs have lost an abundance of ability.
North appear in front overall but Roe and Gilham are big losses. Are Koops and Schubert up to it? Koops was a regular AFL player at two clubs but that does not neccesarily translate to him being of more value than Roe. As for Cox I may be proven wrong but I don't see him as a key defender.
Clearly more quality Ins than outs. T Brown the only major loss off the top of me head. Will Clayton J be the same player after that horrific injury?

Where would you play Cox then dasher - he can only play back pocket on a tall or CHB? I think we need Cox and Schubert as the tall key defenders and Koops running off the half back flank or back pocket minding the 3rd tall. Other than those 3, McEntee has looked okay in defence but I'm still not convinced about Hargy. Coulter also has to come back but I know that were grooming him for a running wing role. Still alot of unknowns at North and our defence still looks like it could be suspect as it is untried. Time will tell.

Norwood is the only trial I have seen so I havn't seen Cox Play. From what I remember of Cox he isn't big enough for CHB. I may be totally wrong and I hope I am. I thought Cox was more pocket or flank. I think ur right about Koops his best football will be running.

As for Hargraves are can't believe they are wasting theri time playing him there. No recovery, no pace, not a one grab mark and doesnt punch.
