I expect us to come to play at least 3 qtrs of footy (South will have their periods where they are up). We've been excellent all year at creating midfield pressure and winning clearances that allows us to get it into our three talls. Last we we were way down on fwd 50 entries which means we basically turned the ball over too easily in the midfield. We have a good disciplined defence that got put under pressure last week due to a lack of midfield and forward pressure, and midfield turnovers that meant they had minimal time to cover the eagles options. We bring the pressure and work rate to create spread through the midfield and get the ball deep into our fwd 50 we can get the job done.
However compared to a month a go South are much improved especially in their effort to create pressure and turnovers which allows them to create scoring opportunities. If we take them lightly....
However I believe in my boys to get the job done.
