If I remember it correctly from a friend of mine at the time: the player basically said he was retiring after that day. So no tribunal was warranted.
I did hear on the grapevine that late last year, the player announced he was making a comeback (not in the SFL) therefore a tribunal had to be recalled to hear the charges.
I have no idea what happened after that.
