(edit) just did some research, it was the second quarter, and it was 18 goals: 8 Glenelg to 10 North.
So I thought to myself, surely the 250-point job over Centrals in 1975 saw a bigger quarter than 18?
I checked and nope, but the second quarter also produced 18 goals - Glenelg 13 to Centrals 5.
