PS Locky, knowing what people go through in your previous employment and keep on keeping on amazes me, I dips my lid to you mate.

And also seems like Jenkins had the balls to speak up and with the help of the adelaide media he was painted as the bad guy and ran out of town.Wedgie wrote:PatowalongaPirate wrote:Anyone listen to Triple M this morning, and did Roo say anything?
Apparently there's a kick over the Torrens comp coming up.
I've lost respect for Sloane and luckily I had none for Tex anyway but when they made their statements about the camp they surely knew how others were treated and what happened. Opposite of what leaders should do but obviously we're more keen on their futures than looking after their mates.
Terrible.

Surely Sloane is done as Captain.
Roo would be hard pressed to see our the weekend in charge.

Players were divided into three groups, based on their playing experience, prior to the journey to the camp. Group One, consisting of the more senior Adelaide players, namely Eddie Betts, Matt Crouch, Richard Douglas, Bryce Gibbs, Kyle Hartigan, Josh Jenkins, Tom Lynch, Rory Sloane, Daniel Talia and captain Walker, were the target of the most severe regimen.
The second group, consisting of Mitch McGovern, Curtly Hampton, Paul Seedsman and Brodie Smith, had a less severe experience, though it was still described as "weird".
The third group, consisting of the more junior players, were subject to what was deemed to be a regular fitness camp.
