Was a bit of a legend at domestic level but never really reached those heights at international level. Very much an Ian Harvey type….medium pacer with some tricks and a handy lower order bat.

Nah but coincidentally Eahlam was their carbon copy of him.

In ODI’

Eahlam batting average 17.46 bowl average 32.79

Ian Harvey batting average 17.9 bowl average 30.3

Even their first class and list A stats were very similar.

Eahlam was a bit of a slower ball specialist as well.
